•Cancellation Policy -A 24 hour notice is REQUIRED for the cancellation of your scheduled services.  Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a 75% fee based on scheduled service cost in order to continue services at JLorraine Beauty. (Appointments under $90)  •Non-Refundable Deposits -All appointments $90 or more, will require a non-refundable $30 deposit. This deposit will go towards your appointment. If your appointment is canceled/rescheduled, you will not be required to pay a new deposit UNLESS your appointment has been changed 3 times on the client’s end. •Late Arrival/No-Show Policy -Clients arriving 15 mins or later WITHOUT warning, will be asked to reschedule their appointment and charged a 30% fee. Clients who no-show will be charged a 75% fee. Please reach out to me if you’re running behind to see about rescheduling and to avoid a charge. •Card on File Policy -All clients will be required to put a card on file at the time of your appointment. This card will be saved securely on your file on the booking website. This card is used for several different things including: fee charges(if required), appointment security, eyelash extensions appointments, etc. •Form & Waiver Policy -Before any service takes place with JLorraineBeauty, I ask that a Form/Wavier Policy must be read over and signed. *If you are under the age of 18, please bring a guardian with you to go over the policy and sign. This waiver form will be saved on file for one year. *You must be 16 years or older and accompanied by parent/guardian in order to get eyelash extensions. *FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE POLICIES LISTED ABOVE WILL RESULT IN DISCONTINUED SERVICES WITH JLORRAINEBEAUTY
